Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to process exchanges unless the goods sent to you are incorrect to the item on the order paperwork. Items will need to be returned and a fresh order placed.

Our 30 day returns policy

At Ipanema.uk.com we understand that buying footwear over the internet means that you cannot try before you buy. As a result of this we offer a full money back guarantee. All we ask for in exchange is that you inform us as to why you do not require the shoes and return the goods in their original packaging, unworn and in the condition they were posted to you within 30 days of your order date.

The procedure to do this is as follows:

UK Mainland

        Inside your package you will find a pre printed free 48hr tracked returns slip
        Detach the label and attach this to your package
        Enter your name and address and invoice number on this label
        Complete the returns reason form and insert this into your package
        Seal the parcel and take to your nearest post office
        Obtain your tracking number from the counter.

NI,Europe & ROW

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer free returns from these destinations. Please return any unused items in their original condition and packaging to the following address:

Faulty goods

If in the unlikely event that you find fault with your items, please contact the Customer Services department on 0845 2704980 and they will discuss your concerns and arrange for your returns label to be emailed to you. Upon receipt and inspection of your shoes a Customer Services representative will contact you to discuss the options open to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Returns

It can usually take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.


Any refund due will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account. This may vary by payment method issuer.
